2. Free Trial & Pilot Access
We typically offer a 14-day free trial or Pilot Access for new teams:
- No Risk: No credit card is required to start your trial.
- Automatic Expiry: If you do not upgrade to a paid plan by the end of the trial, your account will automatically downgrade to the "Free" tier (if available) or be suspended.
- Data Retention: We retain your trial data for 30 days after expiration so you can decide to subscribe later without losing your configuration.
3. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel:
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time directly from the dashboard:
- Log in to Logify360.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.

What Happens When You Cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for the next renewal.
- You retain full access to all features until your expiry date.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which it will be permanently deleted.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our business interests.
A. Monthly Subscriptions
- First 7 Days: If you are unhappy with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued. You will retain access until the end of the month.
B. Annual Subscriptions
- First 14 Days: You can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment.
- After 14 Days: No refunds will be provided. You will retain access for the full year.
C. Service Failure (SLA Breach)
If you experience significant service unavailability (e.g., >24 hours of continuous downtime) caused by our platform issues, we will provide pro-rated service credits or a partial refund at our sole discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- GST: Taxes collected and paid to the government are non-refundable.
- Usage Overages: Charges for exceeding your plan's log ingestion or retention limits.
- Enterprise Customization: Fees paid for custom integrations, dedicated support, or on-premise setup.
- TOS Violations: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud).
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email connect@logify360.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address.
- Your Invoice Number (if available).
- The reason for your request.
We aim to review and respond to all requests within 3 business days.
7. Refund Processing
- Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
- Timeline: Once approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

If you choose to downgrade your plan (e.g., from "Pro" to "Starter"):
- The new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan.
- You will retain the higher-tier features until the current period ends.
