B. Observability Data (Customer Data)
- Telemetry: The logs, metrics, traces, and metadata you stream to our platform from your infrastructure.
- Query Data: The natural language questions you ask our AI (e.g., "Why is the payment API slow?").
C. Technical & Usage Data
- Device Info: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage Logs: How you interact with the dashboard, feature usage patterns, and session duration.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To ingest, index, and visualize your observability data.
- AI Improvement: To train our "AI Query" models to better understand technical intent. Note: Your raw logs are never shared with other customers or used to train public models.
- Billing & Administration: To process transactions, send invoices, and manage your subscription.
- Communication: To send you critical alerts (e.g., "Server Down"), security updates, and product newsletters (which you can opt-out of).
- Security: To detect potential fraud, abuse, or security incidents on our platform.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with Indian laws, court orders, or government regulations.
Data Storage & Localization
- Primary Location: Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) located primarily in India (Mumbai Region) to ensure low latency and data sovereignty.
- Backup Locations: Some encrypted backups may be stored in compliant international jurisdictions for disaster recovery purposes.
Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Access Control: Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures only authorized personnel can access critical systems.

- Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax laws.

- Correction: Request updates to inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
